Join Our Leadership Team at SAVES (Small Animal Veterinary Emergency Services) in Lebanon, NH, as a Veterinary T echnician Manager!

In this leadership role, you’ll help guide our hospital by focusing on compassionate patient care, exceptional client service, and supporting a positive work environment. We’re seeking someone who truly leads by example, with a commitment to fostering teamwork, quality patient care, and demonstrates strong integrity. 

Compensation:

• $36 - $42/hr based on experience
• Overnight Differential: $4.50/hr
• Double pay for holidays
• $10,000 in bonuses paid in the first year
• Up to $5,000 in relocation reimbursement

Schedule:
We’re looking for someone with  schedule flexibility , as we want to ensure overlap with direct reports. Shifts will include two 12-hour clinical shifts and either one 12-hour or two 6-hour administrative shifts per week. This schedule allows for better life/work balance by offering 3-4 days off per week. Weekend shifts are required.

About the role:
As a Technician Manager, you’ll work alongside our Hospital Manager and Medical Director to help create a supportive, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and referring veterinarians. You’ll play an integral role in managing both day-to-day operations and supporting the growth and success of your team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Certified Veterinary Technician is required, with a minimum of 3 years of technician experience (ER experience preferred).
• Associates degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience, with an ability to foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and lead a positive culture with intention.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
