Inventory Associate
POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory Operations Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all
assigned inventory tasks. This position also includes sorting and stocking of inbound and
outbound product ensuring the department is kept neat and organized.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist in the preparation and organization of product for transition to company 3PL
● Pick, pack and label occasional Montce e-commerce orders
○ Follow quality control standards ensuring accuracy of all orders prior to shipment
● Process incoming product and ensure stock is put away neatly and organized
● Assist management with processing new arrivals
● Help in special projects relating to inventory and internal/external product movement
● Gain product knowledge of all Montce swim and accessories
QUALIFICATIONS
● Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
● Ability to carry and/or lift at least 25 pounds
● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Prior experience working in retail operations
● Interest and knowledge in swimwear and fashion
