Special Events Coordinator – Under-Study
We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and hospitality-driven individual to join the Under-Study team as a Special Events Coordinator. This role is instrumental in ensuring our onsite and offsite events run seamlessly while delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth logistics and outstanding guest service.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage all event details and logistics.
Assist with event timelines, menu planning, and setup requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
Provide hands-on support during events, ensuring guest needs are met and the event runs according to plan.
Maintain an organized event calendar, accurately managing bookings and details. Experience with OpenTable and Tripleseat is a plus.
Manage administrative duties such as contracts, invoicing, and vendor communications.
Contribute creative ideas for new events, programming for our teaching kitchen, and opportunities to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
