Job Description

Salary: $110,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments sector.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP IDoc payment formats (e.g., PAYEXT, ACC_DOCUMENT, custom IDocs).
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 20022, CBPR+, and Hybrid Address specifications.
• Experience in H2H and SWIFT file-based payment integrations.
• Capability to navigate legacy or custom-built systems with minimal documentation.
• Strong skills in communication, documentation, and aligning with stakeholders.
• Experience in developing data dictionaries, canonical models, or mapping accelerators (desired).
• Familiarity with SAP add-ons, middleware/ETL tools, or message-validation tools (preferred).
• Background in supporting payments modernization, regulatory compliance, or multi-entity transformation projects (preferred).
• Ability to clarify complex concepts and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams (preferred).

• Evaluate end-to-end payment processing workflows, including H2H and SWIFT integration channels.
• Execute field-by-field mapping from SAP IDoc payment messages (e.g., PAYEXT, ACC_DOCUMENT) to ISO 20022 message formats (e.g., pain.001, pacs.008).
• Assist with compliance regarding Hybrid Address and CBPR+ structured/unstructured addresses.
• Convert business requirements into detailed mapping specifications, data dictionaries, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate intimately with SAP functional/technical teams, integration architects, and payments operations.
• Resolve complex IDoc data issues, mapping discrepancies, and transformation logic across various environments.
• Support SIT/UAT cycles, execute tests, address defects, and conduct production readiness activities.
