About the Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and presenting cost estimates that drive key project decisions. You’ll partner with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to forecast labor, material, and time requirements—ensuring leadership has the information needed to budget effectively and assess risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop estimate plans and lead preparation of detailed and conceptual cost estimates.
• Prepare project basis of estimates, risk analyses, and contingency recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure accuracy.
• Review subcontractor/vendor proposals and perform cost/price analyses.
• Identify project risks, escalation factors, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of assumptions, data, and methodologies.
• Build cost models, templates, and tools to streamline future estimating efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Math, or related field.
• 10+ years of estimating or cost analysis experience (engineering, construction, or related).
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical data.
• Solid understanding of cost estimating practices, risk assessments, and financial analysis.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required
