Title: Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence (Tableau)

Salary: $85,000-115,000 + Bonus

Location: Midtown Manhattan 3 days/week

Position Overview

This organization is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Analyst in Business Intelligence to lead the development of analytical solutions across various departments including Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service. The role requires collaboration with a skilled data engineering team to improve data frameworks, facilitating the transition from raw data to actionable insights. This position will focus on generating reports, developing predictive models, and contributing strategic thought leadership to enhance decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data measurement and actionable outcomes by creating intuitive dashboards and relevant business metrics, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, and promoting a culture rooted in analytics-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a variety of dashboards and reports, ensuring rigorous analytical standards and compelling visual design.
• Design analytics pipelines that transform comprehensive data into actionable strategies for multiple departments.
• Facilitate training sessions for associates on analytics tools and dashboards to empower independent data analysis.
• Analyze complex business challenges to craft and define quantitative solutions, aiding informed decision-making.
• Ensure the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of data assets within the organization.
• Address ad-hoc research requests and distill insights to assist business leaders and stakeholders in strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in analytical roles, emphasizing quantitative analysis and dashboard expertise.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau, with the capability to mentor others in these tools.
• Exposure to diverse analytical areas such as revenue management, assortment optimization, or digital performance enhancement.
• Exceptional communication skills and a talent for producing effective visual data presentations.
