Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Entry-Level Safety Technician based in San Diego. The Safety Technician will report directly to the Corporate Safety Officer and will assist with implementing safety protocols, conducting site inspections, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, and reporting hazards. This role involves working closely with the site management team to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.

In addition, the Safety Technician will fill in at job sites as needed , supporting project teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols and occupational health & safety regulations
  • Ability to conduct site inspections and identify potential hazards
  • Strong communication skills for reporting and coordination with site management
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
  • Relevant training or certification in Occupational Safety and Health ( OSHA 30 preferred )
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel, including assignments in Guam and other project locations
  • High school diploma or equivalent (further education in a related field is a plus)
  • Previous experience in construction or safety roles is an advantage
