Your Strategic Impact

• Clinical Supervision: Monitor resident health, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Advanced Care Planning: Develop, implement, and oversee individualized long‑term care plans
• Medication Management: Administer and monitor complex medication regimens, including enteral/parenteral therapies, narcotics oversight, and adverse reaction monitoring
• Physician & Family Liaison: Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for physicians and families, providing clear communication and follow‑up
• Expert Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including assessments, physician orders, and progress notes
• Emergency Leadership: Direct and administer life‑saving interventions and CPR during emergency situations

Qualifications

• ✅ Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
• ✅ Current, valid Arizona RN license
• ✅ Active CPR certification
• ✅ 6+ months of long‑term care experience preferred
• ✅ Strong knowledge of HIPAA , exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative, team‑first mindset
