We are looking for a full-desk recruiter to join our amazing team! You’ll have the freedom to build and run your own desk with the support of a sage (who are you calling old?) and savvy management team. POSITION
As our next big biller, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of a recruiting desk: sell, recruit & place. As your favorite place to work, Nexus will be responsible for taking you to Mexico. ¡Vamonos!
To make sure we are on the same page, you will have monthly goal meetings focused on daily activities, such as:
· Recruiting calls
· Candidate interviews
· Sending qualified candidates out on interviews with our client base
· Managing client accounts through quality calls & visits
· Exploring new lines of business with existing clients
· Driving business development through shear force of will…and sales calls
· Reporting daily activities and results into CRM/ATS
Finally, on top of internal support and training, you will have autonomy and trust from your management team that you will utilize your time wisely. No micromanagement-strings attached!

PAY: 50K to 70K first year DOE.
