What You'll Do:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional, welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming calls
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide general administrative support to the office team
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of recent eceptionist or front office experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
