A growing property management company is seeking a Property Manager in the greater Montpelier, VT area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, supervise, and schedule on-site staff
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Manage budgets, contracts, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
- Oversee lease administration and rent collection
- Maintain clean, safe, and appealing properties
- Respond to emergencies and incidents
- Communicate with residents, vendors, and staff
- Prepare performance reports and maintain documentation
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of property experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
