Our client is a top regional firm, seeking a trademark associate for their dynamic Intellectual Property practice in Nashville.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of trademark prosecution experience.
- Some experience in any of the following is required: Managing an international trademark portfolio; performing trademark clearance searches; counseling; trademark enforcement, domain name enforcement, UDRP complaints, IP licensing and other transactions.
- Tennessee bar admission or ability to become admitted.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; team focused.
