Wynn keeps an average of 20 projects at a time ranging from $500,000 to $80,000,000 projects so being able to keep projects separated and picking up where you left off is key!
Project work consists of creating project contracts, purchase orders and change orders as well as following up with missing items. Project documents such as RFIs, ASIs and Submittals. Obtaining permits and DEQ paperwork. Other r esponsibilities consists of attending prebids, creating call lists for bid work. Contacting vendors to verify potential bids. Printing plans, specs and addendums.
This is an in office position, we are located in North OKC.
