Product Development Project Manager

Location: Arlington, TX (100% in-office, M–F, 8–5)

Salary: $80–90K | Direct Hire

Role Overvi e

w Lead product development from concept through final production. Coordinate with overseas vendors, ensure design, quality, and timelines, manage 300–500 SKUs per season, track samples, maintain accurate product data, and support seasonal product strategy. Heavy Excel use; Adobe Suite a plus

Key Responsibilitie

• sManage seasonal SKUs (Christmas/Halloween + other holidays) from design to warehouse deliver
• yCommunicate specs, changes, and timelines with overseas factorie
• sTrack samples, approve designs, maintain product data in NetSuit
• ePrepare quotes, proformas, and sample POs; negotiate cost
• sConduct market research and analyze sales trends for new product idea
• sCollaborate with executive, design, sales, and marketing tea
• mAssign item numbers/UPC codes; ensure packaging measurements and complianc

Requirement

• s2–3+ years’ experience in project management, buying, planning, or product development (seasonal décor or wholesale industry preferred
• )Strong organizational and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficienc
• yExcellent communication and cross-department collaboration skill
• sAbility to manage multiple projects with urgency and accurac
