Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sky Concierge Specialist to join our team. This hybrid position offers the unique opportunity to deliver luxury in-flight experiences as a private flight attendant while supporting various departments at our corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate combines hospitality excellence, creativity in beverage service, and flexibility to travel as needed. When not in-flight, you’ll contribute to our in-house café operations and assist the business development team, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for both passengers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

In-Flight Services

• Deliver exceptional service to passengers aboard private flights, ensuring a premium and comfortable travel experience.
• Plan and manage in-flight catering, including the preparation and presentation of gourmet meals and snacks.
• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, specialty coffees, and other beverages with creativity and flair.
• Anticipate passenger needs and preferences, providing proactive and personalized service.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness, organization, and readiness before, during, and after each flight.
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining a polished and friendly demeanor.

Headquarters Support

• Operate and support the in-house café, serving beverages and providing outstanding service to staff and visitors.
• Prepare specialty drinks such as coffees, teas, and smoothies, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with the business development team on administrative and hospitality-related projects.
• Assist additional departments as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a flight attendant or in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, engaging personality.
• Proficiency in mixology and barista techniques; passion for beverage creation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and travel as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and independent work ethic.
• Basic understanding of business development principles is a plus.
• Must pass background screening and meet requirements for in-flight certification.
