Job Title: Overnight Caregiver – Bring Comfort While Others Rest (CNA/HHA/DSP)

Location: Elmore Assisted Living – Elmore, MN

Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Pay: $18 – $22/hour depending on experience

Shift Differentials:

• + $1.75/hour for weekday overnights
  
• + $1.00/hour for weekend shifts

What You'll Do:

• Help residents with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and repositioning
  
• Ensure a safe, calm, and clean environment throughout the night
  
• Monitor for changes and communicate overnight updates to the care team
  
• Offer comfort, presence, and gentle support to those in need
  

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP , or similar caregiving role
  
• Feel called to care for older adults and promote dignity and comfort
  
• Are dependable, calm under pressure, and a strong communicator
  
• Want to grow your skills in a team that will support you along the way
  
• Have the heart and patience it takes to shine on the night shift
