Seeking an experienced Oracle Database Architect with 12+ years of expertise to join our hybrid team in Richmond or Innsbrook, Virginia. This role is pivotal for our enterprise Oracle environments.
- Core Oracle Competence: Expert in Oracle 12c, 19c+, with deep knowledge of RAC, Data Guard, and RMAN for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Mandatory Exadata/ExaCS Experience: Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on Oracle Exadata/ExaCS, including leading data migration projects.
- Performance & Security Maestro: Master advanced performance tuning (SQL, instance, OS) and implement stringent database security policies.
