Job Description

The Lodge Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time LPN or RN to join our night shift nursing team. The LPN/RN will provide direct patient care, oversee clinical operations during the overnight shift, and ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Night shift (overnight hours)
• Includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership
• Perform assessments and document care in the electronic medical record
• Respond promptly and effectively to resident needs, emergencies, and call lights
• Supervise and support CNAs/STNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN or RN license in the state
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions overnight
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required during the shift
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and transfers as needed
