About the Role

Your Mission:

• To ensure timely payments from insurers and patients to keep the revenue cycle running smoothly.

What You’ll Achieve:

• Timely Insurance Billing: Bill insurance by processing claims accurately and on time.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and cut overdue balances. Keep AR in check.
• Posting Insurance Payments: Accurately post ERAs and EOBs. This keeps patient accounts clean and up-to-date.
• Past AR Cleanup: Take ownership of resolving old AR and clearing backlogs.

We will measure your success by metrics like: accounts receivable turnover, timely production, and total collections.
