About the Role:

Job Title: Market Insights Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Identity internal data sources

• Identify existing internal data sources and reports on customer and competitive intelligence
• Proactively keep a pulse on internal data sources and reports
• Regularly connect with teams that have this intelligence (i.e. R&I, CXP)

Analyze and report key insights succinctly

• Analyze internal reports for strategic insights
• Create succinct reports that summarize key findings for the team
• Attend weekly team think time and contribute to the discussion

Support special projects with research

• Support larger strategic projects with desk research
• Help team prepare key market updates to share with leadership team

Support team ROB

• Draft key deliverables to be included in exec communications
• Help establish a good ROB for the team including agenda management, tracking open items and offsite support

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

• Minimum 8+ years experience with Cloud and AI experience, especially with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Minimum 8+ years experience with Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to review, distill, and highlight key findings from complex reports
• Minimum 8+ years experience with extensive experience in the cloud technology space

Location : Redmond, WA (Hybrid, once a week at minimum/on a needed basis)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $147,000- $167,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
