We are seeking a motivated Car Wash Manager Trainee to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our Wash Club memberships while learning the operations of our car wash facility.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Managment Experience: Prior management experience is a must. Management in a car wash or retail environment is a plus.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet sales goals, with a focus on promoting memberships or subscription-based services.
• Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
• Leadership Potential: Must have prior management and a desire to grow into a management role, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform light lifting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales : Actively promote and sell Wash Club memberships to customers, highlighting benefits to meet wash club targets.
• Customer Service : Provide outstanding service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Training : Learn car wash operations, including equipment maintenance, staff supervision, and inventory management.
