This group builds the mission-critical services and systems that underpin the firm's front, middle, and back office enabling seamless integration with trading operations, research, risk management, and reconciliation processes.

As part of a high-impact, fast-paced engineering environment, you’ll help design and implement scalable, ultra-reliable systems that support multi-asset systematic trading on a global scale. Engineers are expected to take ownership of solutions end-to-end, and have a deep understanding of how their work connects with the broader business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement microservices and system components with a focus on reliability, testability, and performance.
  • Tackle greenfield development projects and modernize legacy systems with rigorous engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with quants, traders, and other engineers to develop domain-specific tools and abstractions.
  • Drive projects from requirements to production, with autonomy and responsibility.
  • Contribute to the improvement of deployment, monitoring, and support infrastructure.

Required Skills:

  • Strong server-side engineering background with multiple years of hands-on C++ experience.
  • Deep knowledge of systems programming concepts including concurrency, memory management, and low-level performance tuning.
  • Experience designing and building distributed systems and working with microservice architectures.
  • Solid understanding of Linux-based environments and comfort with command-line tools, debugging, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, market data systems, or message buses such as ZeroMQ, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with relational or time-series databases.
  • Knowledge of financial trading concepts or prior experience in exchange trading systems is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Industry-leading compensation package with performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
  • Generous paid parental leave and support for professional development.
  • Highly collaborative environment where engineers solve real business problems with autonomy and minimal red tape.

This is an opportunity to join a globally respected prop firm, contribute to the foundation of a multi-asset systematic trading platform, and work with some of the sharpest minds in quantitative finance and engineering. Apply now to learn more
