Order Management & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Elmhurst, IL

Salary: $65,000–$75,000/year

We’re looking for an Order Management & Logistics Coordinator with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage parts orders in the ERP system, including processing orders, confirming lead times, and coordinating shipments with the warehouse team.
• Collaborate with the Customer Relations Team to maintain accurate parts pricing.
• Oversee shop equipment purchases and requests for tools, R&D samples, cleaning supplies, and small equipment.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Provide backup reception support, including answering calls and greeting visitors.
• File and scan documents to support various teams.

• High attention to detail and ability to process orders and shipments accurately and on time.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
