Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to localize software and related content into British English. The ideal candidate will have the right mix of technical and creative skills to deliver translations and adaptations that maintain the original tone, style, and inclusivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Translate and adapt US English software content into British English while maintaining the customer’s tone of voice and original messaging.
• Ensure all localized content adheres to inclusive writing standards.
• Manage multiple localization tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate closely with software, content, and marketing teams to align on terminology, style, and messaging guidelines.
• Utilize CAT tools efficiently for content translation and management.

Role Requirements

• Idiomatic fluency in English
• Degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Cultural Studies, or Creative Writing.
• Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in British English content creation, creative writing, or software localization.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation tools).
• Experience with marketing content localization.
