What You’ll Do

Create Connection
Welcome every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in their needs.

Lead Memorable Tours
Showcase The Villas at Foxwood’s spacious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts, highlighting features such as modern kitchens, in-unit washers and dryers, open-concept floorplans, and private patios or balconies.

Stay in the Know
Monitor Brown Deer rental trends and local competitors to position The Villas at Foxwood as a premier living destination.

Support the Team
Assist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events that foster community.

Keep Things Running Smoothly
Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt, clear communication with prospects and residents alike.

Champion the Resident Experience
Be a go-to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and helping maintain a welcoming, responsive living environment.

Requirements

• Over 6 months of leasing or real estate experience
• A passion for people and a natural ability to make others feel at home
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (you’ll use modern leasing platforms!)
• A positive attitude and desire to grow within a dynamic, supportive team
