• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; A minimum of (3) years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or related activities within a regulated environment (medical device or pharmaceutical)
• Must have excellent analytical and statistical skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles including: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, One-Piece Flow, Kanban, Cellular Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, Set-up Reduction, and Visual Management is required.
• Must have initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and leadership abilities.
• Must be able to work under pressure, achieving consistently high results through individual and team efforts.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, presentation, listening, negotiating, and problem-solving / decision-making skills.
• Must have the ability to set priorities and achieve objectives.
• Project management and cost / benefit analysis experience is required.
• Must have the ability to write reports with technical emphasis.
• Lean Six Sigma Belt Certification is preferred
