Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Hospitality-focused Interior Designer with a strong sense of imagination, creativity, and practical experience. This role is instrumental in shaping the design direction of our world-class hospitality projects—from concept to execution. The candidate will be responsible for crafting immersive interior environments from the thoughtful development of concepts through the selection of furniture, finishes, color palettes, and distinctive design details.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in hospitality design, including large-scale hotel, retail, and/or restaurant projects
• Proficient in Revit and standard architectural software
• Knowledgeable in materials, finishes, millwork design, FF&E, and OS&E
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Proven ability to manage and execute complex, large-scale interior design projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• NCIDQ Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce design drawing sets (SD, DD, CD) using Revit
• Generate original, compelling interior design concepts
• Create and manage detailed FF&E specifications
• Prepare and deliver design presentations across all project phases (Concept, Schematic, Design Development)
• Create material boards/binders to help convey the look and feel of design concepts to clients
• Coordinate interior renderings with internal and external teams
