We are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Service Desk Analyst to support both technical troubleshooting and business process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of service desk or application support experience who are ready to grow into a business analyst role. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, including dealership teams, to resolve issues, gather and analyze requirements, and support enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CE. This position requires a solid understanding of business change processes, the ability to assess impacts, and strong documentation and communication skills. Familiarity with SSO integrations, SAML authentication, and a willingness to take on on-call responsibilities are essential.
