Job Overview:
Client is seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships in the greater Dearborn area. This is a field-focused role with regular travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC sales or service —specifically with boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and ductwork —in large-scale industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients
- Assess client HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Conduct site visits, generate proposals, and close sales
- Partner with service and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain a strong understanding of HVAC products and market trends
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in HVAC sales or service , particularly in industrial systems
- Knowledge of boilers, chillers, rooftop units, duct systems , etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within 50 miles of the Dearborn office
- Valid driver’s license
