🏨 General Manager | Full-Service Hotel | Philadelphia, PA |💰 up to $130,000

Are you an experienced hospitality leader ready to take on your next big challenge? A well-established, full-service hotel in Philadelphia is seeking a General Manager to drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

In this role, you'll serve as the strategic and cultural leader of the property—overseeing day-to-day operations, financial performance, staff development, and service standards. This is a key opportunity to lead a respected property backed by a supportive ownership group and strong brand affiliation.

💡 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across all hotel departments
• Foster a culture of service excellence and team engagement
• Develop and manage budgets, P&L performance, and forecasting
• Implement and maintain brand and service standards
• Manage guest satisfaction metrics and resolve escalated issues
• Partner with ownership and executive leadership on business strategy

✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a full-service hotel
• Strong background in hospitality operations, revenue management, and team leadership
• Experience with financial reporting, capital planning, and guest satisfaction strategy
• Marriott brand experience is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
