Sparks Group in partnership with a nationally renowned healthcare non-profit to find a Perioperative Supply Chain Manager. As the Supply Chain Manger you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of all supplies and instrumentation for various hospital departments. This includes coordinating purchases, managing inventory and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality assurance standards. You'll work closely with the Supply Chain team, departmental leadership, and specialty coordinators to optimize resource consumption, participate in value analysis, and drive strategic supply chain initiatives. Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise specific Materials Support, ensuring efficient resource management, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate all purchases for specific departments, overseeing supply management for general, specialty, and loaner resources.
• Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain department, adhering to their protocols for resource management and purchasing.
• Participate in strategic planning and value analysis to optimize supply chain efficiency and achieve cost savings.

Qualifications/Background Profile :

• 3+ years’ experience in OR materials management required
• Related healthcare experience required
• Associate’s or vocational degree is preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred
