Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Healthcare Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high quality healthcare professionals in positions nationwide, including Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Radiology Technologists, Registered Respiratory Therapists, and more!
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit clinical professionals via job boards, social media, referrals, cold calls, and internal database
- Screen candidates for experience, credentials, licensure, and culture fit
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, interviewing, job offers, assist during candidate’s onboarding
- Ensure compliance with all Joint Commission and state licensure requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians through proactive communication and follow up
- Collaborate with account managers and compliance teams to fill open orders promptly
- Stay up to date on healthcare industry trends, licensure requirements, and competitive market rates
Qualifications:
- Onsite in Limerick, PA (This is not a remote position)
- Healthcare clinical experience, preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and marketing video outreach to candidates (video messages of yourself speaking is a requirement of the job)
- Strong social media skills. Will manage a company TikTok page for recruiting purposes
- Willing to attend job fairs (some local, some nationally as needed)
- Willing to attend networking events
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
