Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive workplace culture
Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent
Implement effective talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and training initiatives
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, teamwork, and employee well-being
Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS management
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, keeping them updated to reflect changes in legislation and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of HR experience with demonstrated progressive responsibility
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies and initiatives
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
