The Opportunity – Architectural Graphic Designer
We are seeking talented and creative team members for Graphic Designer positions!
As an Architectural Graphic Designer, you will be expected to help the Design Department create and refine graphic-related deliverables during the Conceptual Design phase of a project. Our goal is to create spaces that inspire! You will interact and collaborate directly with the project’s Design Team which may include Project Managers, Design Directors, and Firm Principals.
To be considered for this position, you will be required to meet the following minimum requirements:
· Strong working knowledge of conceptual massing in Autodesk Revit & Trimble Sketchup
including fleshing out models with fixtures, finishes, furniture, & materials
· Knowledge of graphic & brochure creation using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop
· Ability to excel in a structured, deliverable-driven atmosphere
· Familiarity of common Architectural & Construction principles, terms, and design concepts
An ideal candidate will also possess the following experience:
· PDF creation & manipulation using Bluebeam Revu
· 3D Rendering using Unreal Twinmotion
· Ability to use design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
· Experience working directly with Designers to create Deliverables
