Job Description
We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join a $400M+ organization and play a key role in supporting the CFO and senior leadership team. This position will be involved in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and special projects across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data sets across multiple business units and entities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes
- Partner with the CFO on ad hoc analyses and strategic projects
- Develop insights to drive business performance and decision-making
- Communicate financial results and recommendations clearly to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience; ERP/reporting system knowledge a plus
