Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Field Network Operations Technician with 5–7 years of experience to join our dynamic telecommunications team. This position requires daily onsite presence and the ability to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a broad range of Network Elements efficiently.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally to activate new sites and integrate network hardware and interconnect facilities.
• Test and analyze network coverage to ensure continuous communication and high network integrity.
• Maintain detailed daily logs with site-specific data and prepare clear reports for documentation.
• Execute activation tasks in compliance with Local, Regional, Area, Corporate, or Regulatory requirements.

Must-Have Skills

• Network Operations Expertise: Proven experience managing and troubleshooting large network environments.
• Field Activation Support: Practical experience activating and integrating network hardware and infrastructure.
• Vehicle Operation & Documentation: Ability to drive a company vehicle; skilled in documenting network activity and diagnostics clearly.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with network testing tools and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of telecommunications regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-team coordination.

Education & Certifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desired: Technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+) and relevant associate or bachelor’s degree.
