THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GALLERIA AREA OF HOUSTON TX - YOU MUST LIVE HERE AND WORK IN THE OFFICE MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:30AM - 5:00PM WITH OVER-TIME AS NEEDED.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in a professional office environment handling administrative assistant duties in a fast-pace environment.

• Manage complex calendar management, detailed travel coordination, and expense reporting
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings. Manage documents and materials, create presentations, including printing, scanning, binding, and assembling reports
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives/manage mail; courier services and shipments
• Answer and screen phones and back-up for main office phone line
• Assist the administrative team with special projects, office equipment/supplies, vendor relations and other projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree prefer or 1-2 professional environment administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination and client assistance
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and a team player
