We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support event planning, coordination, and on-site execution. This role plays a vital part in ensuring each event runs efficiently, professionally, and aligned with our clients’ expectations. The Events Assistant will collaborate closely with our operations and logistics teams to maintain a high standard of quality across all event activities.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics, scheduling, vendor communication, and event preparation.
Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records, materials, and documentation for each event.
Coordinate supply orders, inventory management, and equipment arrangements.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure all details are aligned.
Provide administrative support, including reports, timelines, and event updates.
Ensure all event environments uphold Park 6 Logistic’s standards of professionalism and quality.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
High level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
