Opportunity Snapshot:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining ecommerce stores on InkSoft and BrightStores , supporting customers with setup and updates, and ensuring our main company website stays current. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working across teams to deliver high-quality online store experiences.
A Day in the Life:
Customer & Team Communication:
- Partner with customers and coworkers to gather requirements for new store builds.
- Serve as a point of contact for store-related updates, small fixes, and ongoing support.
Store Builds & Updates (InkSoft & BrightStores):
- Build new ecommerce stores using InkSoft and BrightStores platforms based on customer specifications.
- Configure products, layouts, and features to match customer branding and requirements.
- Make small adjustments to existing stores, such as updating product offerings, content, or design elements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic platform issues.
Website Maintenance:
- Update and maintain the company’s primary website with new content, promotions, and features.
- Ensure the stores remain accurate, functional, and aligned with company branding.
Quality Assurance:
- Test store builds and updates for usability, accuracy, and functionality before launch.
- Ensure customer expectations are met and deliver a consistent online shopping experience.
Collaboration & Process:
- Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure store builds are completed on time.
- Assist on conference calls and in-person meetings with sales teams regarding online capabilities.
What you need to succeed:
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, website coordination, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML or CSS a plus)
- Familiarity with ecommerce workflows, including product setup, store configuration, and design adjustments.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- A customer-service mindset and high attention to detail.
Education
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent work experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or website coordination will also be considered.
