Role Description
This is an on-site Winter Semester internship role located in Manhattan, NY for an E-Commerce/Customer Service Intern. This is an unpaid internship/School Credit only. The intern will assist with managing online orders, providing customer service through various channels, and supporting the e-commerce team in daily tasks. Responsibilities also include handling customer inquiries, processing returns, and assisting with sales and analytical reporting.
