Dynamics CRM Developer

Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite 3 days a week)

6-Month Contract with possibility for extension

We currently have a contract opportunity for a Dynamics CRM Developer to lend specific subject matter knowledge around Dynamics CRM/CE. This position would be with our global professional services organization, renowned for our expertise in assurance, consulting, strategy and transactions, and tax services.

The role involves:

• Gathering and documenting requirements for CRM, Automation Patterns, and data architecture.
• Defining and documenting requirements for logical architecture for Dynamics, Azure Fabric/Dataverse, and AWS.
• Developing the logical architecture for the Dynamics, Fabric, and AWS integration based on the gathered requirements.
• Evaluating legacy synchronization patterns, identifying and documenting existing challenges, aligning them with new patterns, and producing a deliverable document.
• Conducting discovery for existing Knowledge Management (KM) solution, documenting findings, and identifying gaps.
• Identifying relevant data sources (text corpora, structured data, user interactions, etc.) for KM solution in collaboration with stakeholders, documenting the identified data sources.
• Developing logical architecture for KM orchestration, search, and synthesis, conducting reviews, gathering feedback from stakeholders, documenting the architecture, and obtaining approval.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a developer specializing in Dynamics CRM/CE.
• Proficient in SQL for database management and data manipulation.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (JSN) for custom client-side development.
• Knowledge of HTML for designing and enhancing user interfaces within Dynamics CRM.
• Strong experience with API.
• Must be available to work onsite 3 days a week in Malvern, PA.
