Location: Milwaukee, WI (Preferred) With travel to: Mt Prospect, IL, and Westville, IN

Compensation range: $140,000 - $160,000 annually +Bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
- Champion a proactive safety culture, developing programs, metrics (TRIR, ASR/AFR), and risk assessments to prevent incidents
- Oversee quality systems and metrics, including “Quality Out of the Box” and “Cost of Quality”
- Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to elevate supplier performance and audit readiness
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards; serve as Management Rep
- Oversee environmental reporting and compliance (EPA, DOT) and align with corporate sustainability goals
- Lead the QEHS team, manage performance reviews, hiring, and budget — owning the full department
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field); Master’s or MBA preferred
- 7+ years in Quality leadership roles, with direct ISO, audit, and regulatory compliance experience
- At least 3 years’ experience managing EHS or environmental programs
- Familiar with multi-site manufacturing environments; bonus points for durable goods
- Must have manufacturing environment experience
- Certified in ISO Lead Auditing and OSHA 30 Hour (or able to obtain)
- Confident communicator who moves fluidly between executive strategy and shop floor realities
