Job Description

American Landmark Apartments is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee all aspects of digital communications in support of the organization’s marketing initiatives. These methods include website development, search, mobile, website traffic reporting and other digital channels. 

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, analyzing and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns and communications. This person will also look for new opportunities to increase online branding and traffic generation for the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and execute all web, search, mobile, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and ad words programs.
• Identify trends and insights to enhance the department’s efforts.
• Conduct market research and implement improvements that the business can make.
• Measure performance and establish departmental goals.
• Test the effectiveness of new digital collateral.
• Presenting recommendations to the Director of Marketing 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Experience leading and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of analytics, industry related advertising and ILS, and industry related KPIs.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in online marketing.
• Ability to test new ideas and understand the value these ideas bring to the company or client.
• Understanding of how to budget for digital campaigns.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related fields is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years working in the apartment industry is preferred but not required.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. 
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. 
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. 
• Must be self-starter. 
• Bi-lingual helpful.
