Job Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care, supervise clinical support staff, and collaborate closely with the Chief Dental Officer and care team. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional patient care, demonstrates high clinical competency, maintains strong professional judgment, and thrives in a mission-driven environment serving diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities
• Provide routine and emergency dental care, including diagnostics, treatment planning, restorative work, prosthetics, endodontics, and minor oral surgery
• Initiate and interpret x-rays and lab studies
• Administer and prescribe anesthetics and medications
• Provide referrals for specialty care when appropriate
• Supervise Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists
• Conduct follow-up patient care and patient education
• Support productivity, workflow, and care standards
• Educate patients and staff on oral health and prevention
• Participate in staff training and development
• Deliver exceptional patient service and relationship building
• Maintain accurate and compliant charting
• Utilize computer systems for documentation and data entry
• Support equipment, supply use, and operational processes
• Participate in quality improvement and PCMH initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned
