Position Summary
- 7+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and system assessments to optimize Salesforce workflows and integrations.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management efforts to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Maintain documentation, monitor system performance, and recommend enhancements to improve usability and ROI.
