Job Description
Yoh has an immediate, 6 month contract opportunity, as an Content Marketing Specialist within a non profit, humanitarian industry to jour client, Remote , in EST or CST time zone - Max Hourly Rate $30/hr.
- 32 hours a week, 9-5pm EST
- Experience authoring in AEM or similar content management system (such as HubSpot, Wordpress Joomla Drupal etc.)
As a member of the Digital Engagement Content Marketing and Optimization team reporting to the Content Manager, this role will support the creation and optimization of new and existing content on client site. Experience authoring in AEM or similar content management system (such as HubSpot, Wordpress, Drupal) is required for this position. This position will work remotely, up to 32-hours per week
What You Will Be Doing - AEM authoring of new pages and edits to existing pages, including:
- Page layout to optimize usability/accessibility
- Working with images (light cropping, resizing, etc.)
- Creating and using experience fragments
- Proofreading
- QA of page content on desktop and mobile
- Quick publishing and managed publishing
- Light editing of content provided by stakeholders
- Selecting, cropping and uploading images to our digital asset manager (DAM
- Collaborating with team members on major content overhaul projects
- Collaborating with search engine optimization specialist to develop and implement metadata
- Participating in online video meetings, as needed
- Participating in once-annual in-person meetings in Washington DC, as needed
- Pulling reports from Adobe Analytics, as needed
Who You Are - Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree plus equivalent experience
- 1+ years digital marketing experience related to content management, web design or usability/accessibility
- Experience authoring in AEM or similar content management system (such as HubSpot, Wordpress Joomla Drupal etc.)
- Experience with analytics software (Adobe Omniture/Analytics preferred)
- Experience with Photoshop or open-source photo editing tools (such as Pixlr/Canva
- Excellent written oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience collaborating on cross functional teams
- Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment (self-starter responsive comfortable with remote meeting tools such as Teams Zoom)
- Ability maintain confidentiality data information
