📍 Virginia-Based Projects | Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 + Bonuses + Truck + Gas Card

Are you a results-driven Superintendent with a passion for retail and commercial construction? We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable Virginia-based General Contractor known for delivering high-quality buildouts and ground-up projects for some of the nation’s most recognizable brands.

Specializing in retail, restaurant, and commercial construction , our client has delivered projects for Starbucks, Taco Bell, Chipotle , and many more. Their portfolio also includes car washes, shopping centers, trampoline parks, and aqua parks — from fast-paced retail rollouts to large-scale recreational facilities.
🚧 The Role:
As a Superintendent , you’ll be the on-site leader ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and uphold safety and compliance standards on active job sites across Virginia and neighboring states.
