Remote Clinical Pharmacist – South Carolina License Required
Location: Remote (must live within commutable distance to Columbia, SC)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00am–8:00pm CST (flexibility required; occasional weekends)
Travel: Less than 15% within South Carolina
About the Role
We’re looking for a Clinical Pharmacist licensed in South Carolina to join our Clinical Engagement Services Center team. You’ll provide telephonic consultations, conduct comprehensive medication reviews, and support disease state management to improve patient outcomes.
