NOTE: Two days a week onsite

Business Data Analyst-Salesforce experience for Denver, CO for a Contract with possible extensions.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key part in identifying and cleaning outdated or redundant data, aligning field-level data across business systems (Salesforce, marketing, and finance platforms)
• Shape sustainable governance processes in partnership with our development teams.
• Audit and identify outdated or redundant records across Salesforce and recommend clean-up strategies.
• Analyze and align critical data fields across Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and finance platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Partner with internal teams to understand current workflows, dependencies, and data needs across departments.
• Develop and recommend best practices for ongoing data cleanliness, governance, and quality control.
• Work closely with software development and engineering teams to operationalize data governance solutions.
• Assist with documentation, training, and change management related to new governance processes.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in business data analysis, data governance, or data management roles.
• Business Data Analyst with a strong background in data integrity and governance, particularly within Salesforce and cross-platform environments.
• Proficiency working with Salesforce, including report building, data auditing, and schema understanding.
• Experience with data integration or governance across multiple systems/platforms (marketing, CRM, finance, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions and translate complex data issues for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (preferred).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce data loader or cleansing tools.
• Background in marketing operations or finance data systems.
• Experience implementing or supporting master data management (MDM) or data stewardship programs.
• Experience collaborating with engineering or development teams is a plus.
• Lives in Denver area and or can commute to office 1-2 times a week highly preferred
