Job Description

My client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team. You will be bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Details:

• 1-contract (with opportunity to renew or become a FTE)
• $50 - $60 p/hour
• Location: 2 Days On-Site - Milwaukee, WI

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.
• Partner with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to define technical vision and balance usability with performance.
• Facilitate requirements and data analysis sessions; model solutions based on business needs.
• Support QA efforts by validating requirements and participating in test execution.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business partners to define milestones, scope, and deliverables.
• Act as project lead for small-to-medium initiatives, ensuring proper scope and team alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Analyst or Project Management capacity.
• 3+ years of supporting Salesforce projects preferred.
• Strong skills in requirements documentation, user stories, and use case writing.
• Knowledge of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing.
• Proven success in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, O365).
